Ben Meredith: hi Ben, thanks for merging this request with the per-form recurring donation email request (https://givewp.canny.io/feature-requests/p/per-form-recurring-donation-emails). I agree that that user's request is a good one, I support it. But, for translating the email messages, being able to draft separate emails for individual forms feels like a temporary, short-term solution. For example, we have more than 100 forms at the moment, likely to increase a lot in the future. So this way, if we want to make a change to the translation of an email message, we need to go into 50+ individual forms and make the changes in each one of them. For us, it would be much preferable to have a solution whereby we can enter one global translation for each donor email message in the global settings, either in the Polylang string translations or in the GiveWP settings. That was really the intention of this post. Another solution would be to make it possible for admins to enter multiple global options for the email messages, that way we could just make 1 manually for each language.
