Archive page: if a VFB form is the most recent form created, only that form will show on the /donations/ slug

If the most recent form created on a site is a VFB form, only that form will show on the /donations/ archive page. If a Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) form is the most recent form created, all forms will show on the archive page.

One workaround is to create a new page and use the [give_form_grid] shortcode or the Form Grid block.
