Gift Aid option reappears for non-supported currency if donor changes payment method.

Currently, if a form uses the Currency Switcher and Gift Aid add-ons, the Gift Aid checkbox initially is hidden for all currencies except for GBP but if the donor selects another currency and changes the payment gateway on the form, the Gift Aid option reappears.
