Currently it isn't possible to update subscription amounts with Stripe. The Update Subscription button is always greyed out. This happens with both Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) and Visual Form Builder (VFB) forms.

The only workaround is to cancel the current subscription and start a new one.
