Two-Panel Form displays "stacked" instead of side-by-side on Custom Page

When building a Two-Panel donation form using the Visual Form Builder, it will only display correctly in the preview/default landing page.
When using the Form Shortcode, Form Block, or Elementor Widget, the Two-Panel form will display as stacked on the new custom page.
Steps to Replicate:
- Create a Donation Form using the Visual Form Builder
- Select Two-Panel Design
- Save + Publish form
- Create a new page in WordPress Editor
- Copy and Paste form Shortcode into Shortcode Block
