Conditionally hide the Donate Now button for PayPal Donations

As a site admin I see my donors confuse the Donate Now button with the PayPal Smart Button or Pay Now button. Conditionally hiding the GiveWP Donate Now button if PayPal Donations is the selected gateway would decrease donor confusion.

Although this has been marked as complete, it is not. This bug is still present. I've contacted the support team and the answer was:

"Thank you for reporting this. We have a few other cases of the Donate button still being present when it should not be, so we are investigating it with our development team. "
