Display Peer-to-Peer/P2P Campaign via Shortcode
complete

As an admin, I'd like to display my campaign via shortcode. This would give me the freedom to display my P2P campaign on any page I see fit instead of being limited to the post type set by GiveWP.
Being able to display my campaign as a smaller call to action (title, short description, and goal)(similar to the donation form grid cards) on my website pages, where folks can then click to navigate to the full campaign page would be nice to have as well.

The issue I have found with the new campaign shortcode is the links on the fundraiser pages take the user back to the out of the box p2p campaign which takes the user away from the custom page built for the campaign.

We now have a blocks to display Peer-to-Peer campaigns on other pages. The Campaign List block shows all campaigns in a grid or table layout. The Campaign Highlight block displays a single campaign of your choice and its most important details. Both blocks let you control how much information to show. Please update to the latest versions of GiveWP and the Peer-to-Peer add-on to check out these blocks!

Angela Blake Not understanding how this is complete. Peer to Peer ONLY works with Block editor. This post you cannot vote on or comment on: https://givewp.canny.io/feature-requests/p/customize-peer-to-peer-with-elementor-p2p-widget-for-elementor -- GiveWP has Widgets for Elementor but essentially the entire platform is not truly compatible with Elementor forcing us to come up with workarounds that cause even more frustration.
A lot of us do not want to use Block editor. There are over 5 million Classic Editor installs for a reason and we buy Elementor Pro for a reason. Please reconsider this soon.

any update on this??

IMO GiveWP should focus more on designing Blocks for each part of a feature, so that we can customize a page to our liking. Suggestions for P2P blocks could be:
- Campaign Call-Out (with a few layout options)
- Campaign Donations List (with options to show Recent or Top donors)
- Campaign Top Fundraisers Grid (with a few layout options)
- Campaign Social Share (options to show/hide multiple social buttons)
- Fundraiser Profile (avatar, name)
- Fundraiser list of supporting forms + donate button + goal/progress)
- Fundraiser story/description
- Fundraiser Donations List (with options to show Recent or Top donors)
Blocks give us freedom to design, but can still be protected by GiveWP by using the settings for customizations.

At the moment, without this feature, the P2P add-on is impratical for us.
The post-type used by P2P campaigns is an archive one. Given the fact that we have customized every archive of our website, the campaigns don't show up at all.
To be honest, I find all of this quite bizarre. Basically we paid for an add-on which makes the whole page in which campaigns are shown uncustomizable by design. And this is not stated (unless I missed it) in any of the docs related to the P2P add-on.
If creating a way to show campaigns via shortcode is too hard/it will take too long to be implemented, at least try to render them as Custom Post Type so that we can target and customize them without hampering the rest of the website.

I need to create a section on my site showing all ongoing, past and future campaigns. I haven't found any shortcode. I'm using Elementor... Weird... Why then having P2P??? Anybody can help us find a solution?

A Shortcode is essential for a plugin like GiveWP

Agreed, this really limits how the content can be used and using an iframe isn't ideal

I'd love it if there was a shortcode option to display all fundraisers for a given campaign. Like a Donor Wall, but for the campaign Fundraisers -- where anyone who signed up to fundraise for the campaign can have their page/donation form discovered. I imagine this shortcode would have attributes to configure how many results to show on one page before paginating. It would also be great to include the "search" field at the top, much like the Campaign's page does for the "top fundraisers" listed at the bottom.

Yes, it would be very helpful to create one section showing all ongoing, past and future campaigns. I'm using Elementor and there is no short code for that... weird...
