The Google Analytics add-on for GiveWP currently does not support Google Tag Manger as an implementation. It should.

We really need to track donations with GTM...

to note: to my surprise today, Google Tag Manager forwards everything correctly to Google Analytics on our site, also the donations to the forms. See this website for info on the snippet we used: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-add-any-header-or-footer-code-using-code-snippets-plugin/
