VFB forms should support featured images

VFB forms currently don't support featured images. This should be added because it affects the form grid, at the very least.

Hi folks! Here's a workaround if you use the Form Grid and want to display the Visual Form Builder (VFB) form's header image in place of the featured image.
- It requires using the Form Gird shortcode: [give_form_grid]
- Insert this in a directory called 'give' in your theme's directory. A child theme is highly recommended
