Form Validation Errors Must Block PayPal Payments
When a donation fails any form validation, the PayPal payment should be blocked. Currently, the donation record isn’t saved in GiveWP, yet the payment still processes on PayPal, leading to incomplete records and potential discrepancies.

Archive page: if a VFB form is the most recent form created, only that form will show on the /donations/ slug
If the most recent form created on a site is a VFB form, only that form will show on the /donations/ archive page. If a Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) form is the most recent form created, all forms will show on the archive page.
