Events Beta Feedback

streamline the check-in process, by integrating of a scannable QR code feature within the GiveWP plugin.

Once we begin selling tickets, an additional feature to search attendee list ticket holders or purchasers and then check-them-in would be a complete solution. Ideally check-in could be a page or form that would allow selections and options related to check-in. (such as waivers, etc.) and then redirect back to next/search attendees.

In the form builder, it won't let me save a donation form without a Donation Amount field included. Ideally, there should be an option where the Event Ticket price is the donation fee. Right now, then the Event Ticket price has to be free in my case, and the Donation Amount is the Ticket price.

Ticket Validation: It appears that the event ticket form does not enforce validation for ticket selection. It would enhance the user experience if the system prevents proceeding until a ticket count is selected. Donation Block Requirement: The donation block seems to be mandatory within the event ticketing flow. It would be more flexible if users could proceed without being required to add a donation block. Receipt Information: The receipt currently does not include the count of tickets purchased, which could lead to potential confusion. Including this detail would improve clarity. Ticket Identification: Adding a unique identifier for each ticket on the receipt would be a valuable enhancement. This would help with tracking and referencing tickets effectively.

We should as admins have the option to create an event and select whether we want to charge a fee on events too. As a management platform this is key as this is part of our operational costs.

When both Donation Amount and Event Tickets are available on the same form, there should be a tag related to the ticket that can be added to the donation Donation Receipt Email and PDF Receipt.

When viewing the Event in the the Donation > Events menu, there are "Overview" and "Attendees" tabs. When clicking on the "Attendees" tab, the frame goes completely blank and nothing is displayed/loads. I have tested this in Chrome and Firefox with the same result. Cleared the cache, no change. We can still view attendees by viewing individual donations in detail, but this is tedious, especially if we have donors submitting via a different form during the same period.

As an admin, I want to be able to include event and ticket data in the donation history export. Alternatively, I’d like a dedicated export option specifically for event and ticket information.

As an admin, I want the ability to show or hide the Events block based on the values entered in other blocks.
