Ticket description shouldn't spill outside of container or break ticket options

When adding a long description to a ticket, the text spills outside of the ticket container. This also breaks the ticket options, not allowing one to select ticket amounts as the box is pushed outside of the container.

We also ran into this error. Our description was short, so it appeared fine in a computer browser; however, on mobile it pushed the + / - for adding tickets off the page.

When deleting the description (we didn't really need it for our event), it would not save unless I added an empty space so that "something" was in the description box.

When adding descriptions to the tickets, if the description exceeds 60 characters, the box indicating total number of tickets gets "pushed" out of alignment. If the description text is too long, the box for number of tickets is pushed outside of the donation form and is no longer visible.
Steps to replicate:
Create an Event with Event Tickets Block Beta
Add Tickets
Add descriptions consisting of more than 60 characters.
Create a donation form using the Visual Form Builder
Add the Event Tickets Block to the form.
Display via preview/Shortcode/Block
